OrderPro Logistics Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire California Technology Company


TUCSON, Ariz., Nov. 16, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- OrderPro Logistics, Inc. (Pink Sheets:OPLO) today announced that it has signed a letter of intent ("LOI") to acquire 45% of All Win Alliance, Inc. a California company. The company offers on-site computer networking sales and services, website hosting and design, and application hosting. The company focuses primarily on transportation and related businesses in the southwestern United States.

The purchase is expected to close in 15 days, subject to certain conditions, including but not limited to completion of satisfactory due diligence by the Company, the negotiation and completion of a definitive acquisition agreement, and other customary conditions.
