DAYTON, Ohio, Nov. 17, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) -- U-Haul Company of Southwestern Ohio announced today that it has updated the image of the U-Haul Center Metro located at 1340 East Third Street. Along with the new look, U-Haul added much needed vehicle, RV and boat storage and made improvements to many of the facility's features.

"We are thrilled with the vibrant new look of U-Haul Center Metro," stated Steve Allen, president of U-Haul Company of Southwestern Ohio. "Moreover, we have had great feedback from the community on how the new imaging is helping to revive the surrounding area."
U-Haul Center Metro added vehicle, RV and boat storage spaces, complete with 24-hour infrared video surveillance. The facility purchased new storage carts that feature a token-lock system, which helps assist customers while moving their belongings in and out of their unit. This facility will now employ a full-time field maintenance technician to handle repairs, maintenance and construction, along with a full-time storage manager to ensure that customers receive clean, dry and secure storage.
U-Haul Center Metro has a wide variety of packing supplies, including boxes, rope, tape and locks. Customers can rent U-Haul moving vans and trailers, as well as utility, appliance and piano dollies so they can easily load their possessions.
Customers who rent a U-Haul moving van or trailer for a one-way move can receive one month of free storage before or after their move.
