ADVISORY, Nov. 21, 2006 (PRIMEZONE) --

WHAT: The Gas Company kicks off its annual Season of Giving
Campaign with the presentation of a $2,500 contribution
to the Fred Jordan Mission in downtown Los Angeles as

           a traditional Thanksgiving meal.

The Fred Jordan Mission is a nonprofit, faith-based
educational and relief organization committed to meeting
the physical and spiritual needs of hungry, homeless and
poverty stricken people, especially mothers and children
           in the inner-city.

The Gas Company's Season of Giving Campaign is an
employee-driven effort to spread holiday cheer and give
back to the communities where company employees live and
