COPENHAGEN, Denmark, Nov. 28, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Annette Mckenzie, Sales Support Manager and employee elected board member, has decided to resign as of December 31, 2006. Alternate director is Bo Stig Hansen, Department Manager -- Development, who has been employed in Maconomy since February 1, 1999. The new board of directors will constitute itself at the upcoming board meeting December 5, 2006
