BALA CYNWYD, Pa., Nov. 28, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Creative Enterprises International Inc. (OTCBB:CEII) (the "Company") announced today that its board of directors and a majority of its shareholders have approved a change in the Company's name to Skinny Nutritional Corp.
The primary reasons for the name change are to better clarify the identity of the Company and to reflect the Company's focus on marketing and distributing Skinny Water and developing related nutritional products. Pursuant to a license agreement with Peace Mountain Natural Beverages Corporation, the Company possesses the exclusive right to bottle and distribute "Skinny Products," including "Skinny Water," "Skinny Tea," "Skinny Juice" and "Skinny Shake" and licenses the trademarks to these actual and potential products from the licensor. As the Company is focusing on the marketing and distribution of Skinny Water and related products, management has determined that the change in the Company's name is appropriate and in its best interest.

To effectuate the change of the Company's name, the Company will file an Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State. After filing this amendment, the Company shall cease use of the name Creative Enterprises International, Inc. and will use the name Skinny Nutritional Corp. The Company anticipates that it will be able to file the Amendment to its Articles of Incorporation in approximately twenty (20) days from the date that the Company files a definitive Information Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company filed its preliminary Information Statement with the Commission on November 22, 2006.
