UC Hub Group Announces Signing of Formal Agreement with Native Americans in Alaska for Environmental Systems

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 29, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- UC Hub Group, Incorporated, (OTCBB:UCHB), is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, DCL Environmental Systems Inc, has signed a contract with Native American groups in Alaska. DCL Environmental has completed arrangements to acquire 49% of Tsimshian Environmental Systems, in exchange for the licensing rights to the DCL proprietary software and wastewater treatment system. Tsimshian Environmental Systems is a company formed by the Metlakatla Community, located on the Annette Island Reserve in Southeastern Alaska. Although the majority of its population is Tsimshian, Metlakatla is also home to many individuals with diverse tribal affiliations such as Tingit, Haida, Aleut, Yupik and other Alaskan Native peoples.

The goal of Tsimshian Environmental is to provide necessary wastewater treatment services to remote areas of Alaska. DCL will provide software, systems, training and infrastructure to the company, allowing the creation of needed jobs and revenues for the region, while providing present and future environmental enhancements and solutions. The Company's headquarters will be based on Annette Island, Metlakatla, Alaska, and it is expected to begin its first operational system in first quarter, 2007. DCL anticipates budgets for these new automated systems will be in the seven figure range depending on complexity and location and size. DCL anticipates that they will assist Tsimshian Environmental with 1 to 5 systems over the first year. This unique strategic relationship may provide the opportunity for other business deals including and not limited to Digital City Applications. DCL Environmental Systems is now poised to assist communities with toxic environmental issues in a proactive digital and de-centralized package. The environmental rewards to the region combined with economic efficiencies and digital distribution should define a new rural solution that has been successful in very strict regulatory environments like the State of Idaho and Montana. Larry Wilcox, the CEO of UC Hub Group Inc. states that this is another key pillar in defining a digital city and digital environmental solutions. Claude Smith, the President of DCL Environmental Systems Inc, states the Company has proven the system and concept with the EPA and 8 cities thus far, and will now aggressively provide interested parties with a complete and economic package. Claude states, the next 12 months will be a definable growth period for DCL Environmental Systems Inc and our team is excited about being part of the Digital City vision.
