HumWare Media Corporation Announces New Boondoggle Sports Network Touch Screen Kiosks With Solid State Media Players and Supporting Software in Final Acceptance Testing

Kiosks Developed by Audio Video Interactive are Expected to Begin Deployment January 2007

GOLDEN, Colo., Nov. 29, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HumWare Media Corporation (Pink Sheets:HMWM) today announced the Company's new Boondoggle Sports Network touch screen kiosks built with custom media players and a proprietary suite of supporting software are currently in final expectance testing and should be ready for deployment into sports bars and restaurants in January 2007.

Boondoggle Sports Network (BSN) is America's newest entertainment channel providing free entertaining sports trivia and interactive fantasy sports contests to the hospitality industry while delivering targeted advertisements that are displayed on television monitors inside the establishment. The network is delivered via the Internet and displayed on television monitors inside a growing list of sports bars and restaurants including: Champps Americana, Fox and Hound, Hooters, Humperdinks, Jillians, Britannia Arms, Legends & Heroes, and Rawlings All-American Grille.

The new BSN kiosks will utilize two solid state, fan-less media players that operate a built-in touch screen and which display the network and digital advertisements on a 32" flat panel LG Monitor mounted on top of the kiosk. Customizable graphics allow the kiosks to be co-branded and changed and built in splitters allow the network to be displayed to additional monitors within establishments.

A comprehensive suite of kiosk terminal and server software has been developed to support a wide range of multimedia kiosk applications providing complete flexibility in a robust, integrated, secure, manageable package. BSN content is downloaded from the Company's central servers over a broadband connection allowing the client to cache a large amount of media data on a large, inexpensive flash drive, storage device and then use random access capabilities to support time-shift playback operations.

The kiosk software provides personalized end-user services on the kiosk itself. Centralized server software provides profiling, loyalty program management, payment processing, remote administration and monitoring. The BSN content server enables remote content management across multiple establishments, kiosks and applications. The Company's server management software provides centralized management services for kiosks, including content and ad management, uptime and usage monitoring and revenue analysis of the entire network or an individual kiosk with an Internet-based interface.

"We are very excited to be in final testing stage of our kiosk. A tremendous opportunity exists for the Company to serve the hospitality industry and to deliver digital signage within the channel," stated John Huemoeller, CEO of HumWare Media Corporation.

"The new kiosk will not only help establishments and advertisers, it will also give our advertising sales force the ability to rapidly build network footprint. As the initial rollout and ongoing deployment begins, our revenues from these ad sales should only accelerate. We continue to be extremely excited about the acceptance of our product line and revenue expectations going forward."
