Additech Welcomes Mitch Telson to Board of Directors

Retail Industry Veteran Brings Extensive Experience to Growing Company

HOUSTON, Dec. 7, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Additech, developer and operator of a unique at-the-pump marketing and distribution system of branded fuel additives, today announced the appointment of Mitch Telson to the Additech Board of Directors.

Telson brings extensive experience in the retail industry and is highly regarded for his work helping small retail ventures to grow rapidly.

"Additech's fuel additive delivery system offers a great opportunity for retailers to offer consumers an excellent car care service while they put gas in their cars; during which time they can view lively announcements about store specials via the video screens on Additech's system," said Telson. "Additech has good momentum and I'm looking forward to contributing to its ongoing success."

Mitch Telson spent his early retail career with Safeway Stores and then joined The Southland Corporation, the parent company of the 7-Eleven chain where he remained for 21 years working his way up from management trainee to regional vice president. In 1988, Telson became president of Petco until his first retirement several years later. His retirement was short-lived, however, when less than a year later, he joined the bankrupt Circle K convenience store chain in Phoenix as executive vice president and then chief operating officer. Within 4 years, Circle K was returned to profitability, taken public and Telson again "retired". For the past ten years, Telson has operated his own consulting practice doing business with major retailers and has served on the board of directors of several private companies.

Commenting on the appointment, Ralph Koehrer, chief executive officer, said, "We are delighted that Mitch has joined our Board of Directors. He brings Additech some unique insights into the retail fuels business and I look forward to working with Mitch as we continue to scale our business."
