The company is very pleased to acquire these two gold concessions representing the Siguiri property consisting of 50 sq.km and the Dinguiraye property also consisting of 50 sq.km in the country of Guinea. The acquisition of the Siguiri gold concession serves as a platform to engage in an under-explored area that has proven geology and production by other adjacent world class mining companies. Although located in a lesser known region, the Dinguiraye concession has undertaken enough exploration study to indicate strong gold reserve potential.
Green Dolphin will now focus on building a successful mineral exploration company through geological experience and efficient management while conducting extensive research and development of high quality mineral exploration products.
