BDC Capital Intends to Acquire Do Sports, Inc.

Do Sports' Web "Spirit" Sites Attract Legions of High School Alums, Boosters and Students

MINNEAPOLIS, MN -- (MARKET WIRE) -- December 8, 2006 -- BDC Capital, Inc. (OTCBB: BDCN) today said it has signed a letter of intent to purchase privately held Do Sports, Inc., a creator, developer and owner of 91 high school spirit sites, for an undisclosed purchase price of common stock and cash. Do Sports is based in Cambridge, Ohio, and was founded in 1999 by president and CEO Kelly Sovka. Of the 91 sites, 62 are fully operating while the other 29 are under construction.

Do Sports Web sites, such as www.hilliarddavidsonwildcats.com and www.newalbanyeagles.com, earn the loyalty of thousands and thousands of alumni -- wherever they live -- boosters and students by serving as the official site of a high school's athletic department. They post up-to-date sports news and scores, profiles of athletes, teams and coaches, information about athletic booster clubs, camps, workshops and coaching opportunities, photos and schedules (including last-minute changes and cancellations) of sports events and news about former high school athletes as they enter college, among other features. Do Sports works closely with the high schools to keep their sites exciting and timely. All advertising sales are handled and retained by Do Sports in exchange for the service it provides to the school.

BDC Capital is developing a social network portal, comprised of more than 25,000 of its own spirit domains, through its division, DigitalTown.com. "Do Sports' Web sites, which are gateways into these communities, complement DigitalTown's strategy and jump-start the launch of our portal," David R. Pomije, BDC Capital chief executive officer, said. "The average number of monthly unique visitors on Do Sports' sites, when applied to DigitalTown's larger universe of domains, validates the potential that these community spirit sites hold."

The DigitalTown portal, now under construction, includes features that will enhance Do Sports' offering, including email (johnny@burnsvilleblaze.com), alumni communication and reunion tools, chat, a wide range of high school activities -- such as drama and music -- in addition to athletics, personal profiles, photo, video and music sharing and timely community news.

"Do Sports and DigitalTown have a natural fit," Sovka said. "Our combined strengths in technology, advertising, marketing and management and financial resources -- plus our shared commitment to education -- make this a winning team."

Do Sports' offices will continue to be located in Ohio or will merge with BDC Capital's offices in Burnsville when the sale is completed in early 2007.
