Rick Weidinger Resigns From Chalk Media Corp. Board


WASHINGTON, Dec. 11, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Rick Weidinger has formally announced his resignation from the Chalk Media Corp. Board of Directors effective December 1, 2006.

Grant Sutherland, Chalk Media Corp.'s Chairman of the Board stated, "We were very pleased when Rick Weidinger joined the Board and assisted the Company in establishing itself in the United States. Subsequent to joining the Board of Chalk, Rick became owner of A1 TEAM USA. His duties and responsibilities with A1GP - the World Cup of Motorsport, and other business ventures, will keep him fully engaged. We send our thanks to Rick and wish him well with all his endeavors."

Commenting on his resignation, A1 TEAM USA Owner Rick Weidinger said, "I thank Grant and the rest of his team for their confidence and understanding. My new endeavors no longer allow me to actively contribute to Chalk and this resignation will allow me to devote more of my time to existing ventures and new investment opportunities."
