Acquisition Will Enhance Quadruple-Play Services for Hospitality and Other Markets


NEWBURY PARK, Calif.and SINGAPORE, Dec. 12, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- MagiNet, the largest integrated technology solution provider to the hospitality industry in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and Africa, today announced it has acquired Nomadix, Inc., the leading supplier of intelligent network devices and interconnect services for guest access, digital cities, and service provider HotSpots.

The deal marks a successful conclusion to a long history of collaboration between the companies and will further enhance MagiNet's ability to offer the world's preeminent suite of quadruple-play technology.
