About the Author

Daisy J. Doucet was born in Houston and educated in Texas and California, where she was very involved in creative writing classes, writing poetry, drama and speech competition. A well-rounded traveler, she has seen over half the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Mexico. Ms. Doucet is formally a Sales Assistant for a major brokerage firm and has worked in the industry for more than 21 years. In her spare time she enjoys reading and writing poetry, books, swimming, dancing and is an avid scrabble player.
