NEW YORK, Dec. 18, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- With private equity fund raising in 2006 nearing $200 billion, leading private equity professionals including Dixon R. Doll of DCM-Doll Capital Management, Brent R. Nicklas of Lexington Partners, Lawrence M.
