Pete will be responsible for driving growth to take NOW Solutions to the next stage of its expansion. In his career, Mr. Ashey has been responsible for sales, marketing, R&D, operations and professional services.
Mr. Ashey will assume the responsibilities of Executive Vice President of Business Development for NOW Solutions. His key objectives will be to form global business relationships that position NOW Solutions as the preferred HRMS provider for the mid-market, and to enable new sales channels from such relationships.
Pete Ashey comes from PlatformOne where he was Managing Director of Global Operations and previously from IBM's HR Business Transformation Outsourcing practice as a Business Development Manager, responsible for developing relationships and solutions for IBM clients to improve the overall performance of their businesses.
During his tenure with IBM and PlatformOne, Mr. Ashey gained valuable experience and insights into the complex HR, labor, and business issues many global organizations face today. Over his career, Mr. Ashey has acquired a broad range of technical and functional expertise associated with human capital management.
Pete Ashey has over eighteen years of experience managing HR systems development, web and manager/employee self-service integration projects, and related systems interfaces. He has also successfully managed various HR administrative and business function initiatives, including process improvement, employee surveys and assessment, HR forecasting, staffing, and succession planning.
