LOS ANGELES, Dec. 20, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Sunnylife Global, Inc. (Pink Sheets:SNYL) released comments today on the execution of the Company's Business Plan in 2006. Richard Lo, President, held a meeting on December 10th with key management and directors to report on 2006 operational results. "Since its inception, Sunnylife Global, Inc.'s goal has been to improve the health of the people of China by revolutionizing its health care system. By following this concept, our company has continued to execute the following projects: the establishment of the World Friendship Hospital Group; the ground-breaking ceremony of 'Garden of the Silver'; the opening of branch offices overseas, acquisition of the 10 patented health food permits, joint-venture with Shandong Pharmaceutical Company; and the opening of the independent retail outlets in China.
"Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital is the first U.S.-China joint-ventured hospital in over 100 years and has been approved by the Chinese Government. Xiang Tan World Friendship Hospital, which is joint-ventured by Sunnylife Global, Inc. and Xiang Tan Li Yuan Hospital, owned by Xiang Tan Electrical Manufacturing Group, Inc., Ltd., is the first general hospital in China to meet the international standard. This symbolized a milestone in China's history, because Sunnylife established a new pattern for Chinese-owned hospitals. On May 10th a Hospital Turnover Ceremony was hosted by Mr. Richard Lo, Chairman of Sunnylife Global and the Governor of Hunan Province. "China's population is rapidly aging. How to take care of the elders has become a serious social problem for the Chinese Government. To solve this problem, Sunnylife Global has designed an assisted living care plan called 'Garden of the Silver' and joint-ventured with Bautou's Xin Te Xin Sheng Tai Yuan Company. On October 8th Sunnylife Global joint-ventured with Bautou's Xin Te Xin Sheng Tai Yuan Company. A spectacular ground-breaking ceremony was also held on the same date. The project will be constructed in 3 phases, and is expected to be completed in 2008. It will provide facilities with equipment to meet international standards for the elder generation in China. It is a multi-faceted assisted living community which will include a residential area, a healthcare/habitation center, a recreation center and a shopping center of specialty stores.
"In August, 2006 Sunnylife Global signed a joint-ventured agreement with Shandong Luyin Pharmaceutical Co. Shandong Pharmaceutical Co. was founded in 2001 with a focus on the development and manufacture of Chinese herb medication and biotechnology. The Company received its GMP from the Chinese Government in April and currently has 17 approved legal dosage medicinal products. "In September 2006, Sunnylife Global, Inc. opened branch offices in Taiwan and in Zhongshan City in China. Taiwan is recognized as one of the best technological research centers in the world.
