TDVision Systems, Inc. Welcomes New Members to TDV Alliance

Members of the Alliance Will be the First to Adopt TDVision's Premier 3D Technology

HINSDALE, Ill., Dec. 20, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- TDVision Systems, Inc., an emerging leader in the design and development of 3D digital infrastructure and visualization systems, welcomes new members Integrated Microdisplays Limited, Himax Display and 3D-ETC to the TDV Alliance, a collaboration of hi-tech companies working to create an infrastructure that will be the catalyst for TDVisions's multi-purpose 3D technology.

Integrated Microdisplays Limited develops and markets Technology House of Liquid-Crystal-on-Silicon Microdisplay Systems for optics, electronics, VLSI design and LCD physics.

Liquid-Crystal-on-Silicon integrated design and manufacturing company, Himax Display, Inc. also joined the TDV Alliance. Himax Display, Inc. has developed LCOS panels for RPTV, Head Mounted Display and Mini-Projector. As a result of the alliance and adoption of TDVision's technology, Himax costumers will have more choices for their own design, products and applications.

Michigan based 3D-ETC, joined the TDV Alliance. 3D-ETC is a multimedia company that creates training videos for various industries for health-and safety-related programs. With the adoption of TDVision's portable technology, 3D-ETC will be able to deploy several training courses in high definition, providing a truly immersive 3D environment.

"The TDV Alliance allows for faster implementation of our 3D multi-platform architecture to the market," said Manuel Gutierrez, CEO and founder of TDVision Systems, Inc. "We intend to change the way people see the world, whether they are working or playing."

The TDV Alliance was developed to create a synergy among software developers, hardware manufacturers, and elements of the supply chain, users and beta testers to facilitate the adoption of TDVision's core technology. Members of the TDV Alliance will be the first to adapt this premier technology.

The DiMonte Group, a TDV Alliance member, based in Aurora, Ill., performs industrial design, engineering, drafting model, shop services and product development.

"It is energizing to work with a driven, creative company in our mutual efforts to take its cutting-edge technology forward towards a commercial product," said Gene DiMonte, president of DiMonte Group. "The commitment of TDVision to bring true 3D to many markets constantly generates new challenges. We are privileged to be selected as TDV's design solution partner."

The TDV Alliance is a group of hi-tech companies committed to the support and research of a single proprietary system. TDVision Systems, Inc. is the owner of several 3D-related patents for proprietary system architectures, which can propel a media breakthrough by providing true 3D through means of this new digital technology. This technology allows the acquiring, emulation and processing of a 3D image from a video stream or computer-generated image. The architecture also allows the use of current existing infrastructures, and with the addition of TDVision's hardware, enables true 3D.
