VAN NUYS, Calif., Dec. 21, 2006 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- NuTech Digital, Inc. (OTCBB:NTDL), a worldwide leader in the production and distribution of original and licensed DVD content, today announced the execution of an exclusive distribution agreement with VCX Ltd. Inc., based out of Las Vegas, NV.
The exclusive agreement between NuTech and VCX will include the distribution of all NuTech Digital Late Night CLASSICS material for the remainder of the licensing agreements for North America. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Lee Kasper, Chief Executive Officer of NuTech Digital, stated, "This agreement will increase our distribution and cut costs further which will allow us to focus on our licensing relationships. We strongly believe that VCX is an ideal match for our late night CLASSICS product line and we had been in negotiations with them since giving up our late night distribution facilities as part of our phase out plan."
