Pursuant to section 28 of the Danish Securities Trading Act we hereby announce that since the most recent “Section 28 report”, Alm. Brand A/S and its subsidiaries have increased their holding of own shares to 1,420,848, equivalent to 6.41% of the share capital in Alm. Brand A/S. According to Alm. Brands share buyback programme of DKKm 500 ending at the end of January 2007, DKK 403,706,396 worth of own shares have now been repurchased.
