JSC “LODE” shareholder’s notice

Dace Vasermane agreed with LLC investment brokerage service provider 
“PRUDENTIA” to represent him on selling 230 731 (10.37% of total 
share capital) JSC “LODE” shares; shareholder Dace Vasermane informed 
JSC “LODE” on January 02, 2007. The agreement does not allow share 
alienation settlements.
