CRAMO EXPANDS IN NORWAY THROUGH AN ACQUISITION

Cramo AS, the Norwegian wholly-owned subsidiary of Cramo Plc, has acquired the
entire share capital of Hamar Liftutleie AS (HL). The acquisition strengthens
Cramo's position in the Norwegian equipment rental market, especially in the
Ostlandet area.

Hamar Liftutleie expects sales of approximately 15 million NOK in 2006. The
company has five employees who will all remain in the company. As part of the
Cramo Group HL has good opportunities to continue its growth and to offer its
customers even wider rental services.
