“DnB NOR Bank” bonds to be listed on the Riga Stock Exchange

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of December 29, 2006, 
to list, starting with January 15, 2007, ASA “DnB NOR Bank” bearer bonds on the 
RSE Bond list. Nominal value is EUR 1,000. The listing is conditional: as of 
January 12, 2007, total value of bonds sold on primary placement  should not be 
less than EUR 200,000 (or equivalent value in lats according to the exchange rate 
by Bank of Latvia). 

The bonds mature on January, 9, 2010; coupon rate is 3-month RIGIBOR plus 0.1%. 
Coupon is paid on quarterly basis on January 9, April 9, July 9 and October 9. 
ISIN code is LV0000800399, the Riga Stock Exchange trading code is DNBBFLOT10AB 
and SAXESS order book technical ID is 38095. 

The issue prospectus has been registered with the Financial Supervisory of 
Luxemburg on September 8, 2006; Final Terms have been registered with the Financial 
and Capital Market Commission of Latvia.
