THE OFFER PERIOD FOR PANOSTAJA OYJ'S CONVERTIBLE SUBORDINATED LOAN 2006 ENDED

Panostaja Oyj's Board of Directors has decided to end the offer period for
Panostaja Oyj's convertible subordinated loan 2006 as domestic institutional
investors have underwritten to cover the maximum amount of the loan (21,250,000
euros).
