Tower Group, reduction in share capital by reducing face value 12 January 2007

On 5 January 2007, the extraordinary general meeting in Tower Group adopted to reduce the company's share capital by reducing the face value of each share.

The changes will be implemented on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange on 12 January 2007.
