LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell OÜ STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 08.01.2007 INTEREST PAYMENT ON BONDS AND PARTIAL REDEMTPION OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell will pay interest on its Bonds listed on the Tallinn Stock Exchange (IKPB058029AB) in the amount of EEK 1,45 per each bond on 19 January 2007. OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell redeems 17 435 Bonds, i.e. 27.44 % of the Bonds. Interests and the redemption amounts will be paid to investors who according to the information of Estonian Central Register of Securities are the owners of the Bonds on 17 January 2007 at 8:00. Interest payments will be mediated by investment bank AS Lõhmus, Haavel & Viisemann. Interests will be paid to the bank accounts related to the securities accounts of the persons entitled to the interest payment by 16:00 on 19 January 2007, the latest. The Bonds of OÜ LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfell bear interest rate 5,8% per annum that is paid quarterly. Income tax will be withheld from the interest payments to non-residents or resident natural persons as prescribed by the applicable legislation.
