Bang & Olufsen, interim report - six months 2006

The Group's turnover for the first half year was DKK 2,069 mio against DKK 1,924 mio for the same period last year, an increase of DKK 145 mio or 8%. Result before tax was DKK 238 mio against DKK 185 mio last year, i.e. an increase in the result of DKK 53 mio or 29%. For the 2006/07 financial year, the Group expects a result before tax in the region of DKK 470-510 mio. The expected result has been increased with the proceeds from the sale of a 65% stake in B&O Medicom a/s.
