The trading of “Liepājas metalurgs” resumed

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 10, 2007 
to resume the trading with JSC “Liepājas metalurgs” shares. Trading will be resumed 
at 12:00. (EET). Pre-opening period (CLIN) will start at 11:45 (EET).


“Liepājas metalurgs” has disclosed the required information to the RSE, thus the 
circumstances that were the reason for suspending the trading have ceased to exist.  

The RSE suspended the trading of “Liepājas metalurgs” on January 10, 2007, due to 
the failure by the company to disclose material information to the market that may 
affect the price of the security.
