QPR SOFTWARE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 10 JANUARY 2007 at 9.30 AM PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE FOR 2006 FINANCIAL RESULTS QPR SOFTWARE PLC ESTIMATES NET SALES GROWTH OF APPROXIMATELY 7 PER CENT FOR YEAR 2006, OPERATING PROFIT ESTIMATE APPROXIMATELY 7 PER CENT OF NET SALES QPR Software Plc estimates that its group net sales showed approximately 7 per cent growth in year 2006 (group net sales in 2005: EUR 6.364 million). Operating profit for year 2006 was approximately 7 per cent of group net sales, based on the company´s preliminary estimate. The estimated net sales growth and operating profit were lower than the company has previously forecasted, mainly due to weaker than expected license sales in Finland in the fourth quarter 2006. QPR Software´s international business developed according to the company´s previous forecast. Company forecasted previously its group net sales for year 2006 to grow significantly faster than 10 per cent, and group operating profit to increase from the previous year (operating profit in 2005: EUR 0.849 million) QPR Software Plc publishes its financial statements bulletin for 2006 on 14 February 2007.
