Riga Stock Exchange 10.01.2007 On auction of AS DnB NOR Bank ASA LVL notes On January 9,2007 at Riga Stock Exchange the auction of AS DnB NOR Bank ASA (Norway) LVL notes was successfully carried out. The organiser and dealer of the issue was AS DnB NORD Banka. At the auction the bid for 11 785 notes was made and 10 785 notes were altogether sold, or 89,9% of the offered total amount. At the auction the notes totalling to LVL 12 million with the nominal value LVL 1 thousand per note were offered. These notes will mature in January 2010 and their annual interest rate is three-months’ RIGIBOR plus 0,1%. The annual interest rate for the first interest period from 9 January 2007 to 9 April 2007 is 4,11%. The notes will be traded at Riga Stock Exchange Bonds List.
