TECHNOPOLIS TO DEVELOP THE HERMIA 12 PROPERTY IN TAMPERE

Technopolis Plc will expand its operations in Tampere, Finland, by
developing the Hermia 12 property. The project is estimated to
cost EUR 9 million and the gross area to be built will total 8,600
square meters, including an indoor parking facility for 115
vehicles. Almost half of the building’s approximately 5,000 floor
square meters have already been leased through binding preliminary
agreements. The project is scheduled for completion in late
February 2008.
