Bergman & Beving acquires industrial reseller in StockholmBergman & Beving has concluded an agreement to acquire all shares outstanding in Stig Grönmarks Järn & Maskin AB (Grönmarks) - a prominent reseller in Stockholm. Grönmarks' net revenues amount to more than MSEK 55 per annum. After elimination of the Bergman & Beving Group's current sales to Grönmarks, the Group's consolidated annual net revenues are expected to increase by approximately MSEK 50. Grönmarks has 24 employees. Since its start in 1949, Grönmarks has worked close to its customers, in part for the purpose of developing customised solutions with a high degree of service. Grönmarks offers a broad and well adapted line of industrial and construction consumables of the highest quality to businesses in the industrial and construction sectors as well as in service and maintenance. Grönmarks will operate within the framework of TOOLS, Bergman & Beving's Nordic partner chain for industrial resellers. With this acquisition, Bergman & Beving and the TOOLS chain strengthen their positions as suppliers to Nordic industry. Closing is expected to take place in the beginning of February 2007. The acquisition is expected to have a marginally positive effect on Bergman & Beving's earnings per share from the time of closing.
