At Medas AB’s (Meda) Extra General Meeting the proposed rights issue (1:9) was approved, whereby shareholders are entitled to one new share for every ninth share owned. The subscription price is set at SEK 160,00. The record date is January 15, 2007. OMX Derivatives Markets has carried out a re-calculation of options and futures in Meda.
