Scandinavian Private Equity, preliminary announcement regarding initial public offering

Scandinavian Private Equity makes an offering of 50,000 new shares of DKK 10,000. The subscription price is DKK 20,000 per share. The subscription period will commence on, and include, 22 January to 1 February 2007 at 16:00 CET the latest, unless the offering is closed earlier. However, the offering may not be closed earlier than on 26 January 2007 at 16:00 CET.
