Scandinavian Private Equity, announcement of prospectus - Scandinavian Private Equity A/S to publish prospectus

Today, Scandinavian Private Equity A/S publishes a prospectus for the offering of new shares in connection with its listing on the OMX/Copenhagen Stock Exchange. The company offers 50,000 new shares at DKK 20,000 per share of a nominal DKK 10,000. The estimated proceeds of DKK 1bn will be invested in private equity funds. An advance investment commitment of around DKK 300m has been made to the private equity fund EQT V. The company will hold an information meeting today, 11 January, at 13:00.
