Basanavičiaus st. 26, Vilnius, the data is collected and stored at the Register of Legal Entities, (hereinafter – the “Bank”) real estate brokerage company UAB DnB NORD būstas. The Bank subscribed to 100 percent of ordinary registered shares issued by the closed stock company. The Bank will invest LTL 1 million (one million Litas) into the authorized capital of the subsidiary company.
