Changes in the supervisory boards of subsidiaries

AS Kalev decided today to recall Allan Viirma from the
position of member of the supervisory board of its
subsidiary AS Kalev Chocolate Factory, and appointed
Andres Rannamäe as the new member of the supervisory
board. The same change was made in the membership of the
supervisory boards of the AS Kalev subsidiaries AS Kalev
Jõhvi Tootmine and AS Vilma in December 2006.

Rannamäe has been employed since August 2004 at AS Kalev
as the director of strategy and organizational
development. Before coming to work for AS Kalev, he was a
member of the management board of the Estonian Health
Insurance Fund. Rannamäe has also been a member of the
supervisory board of AS Steri since July 2004.

Andres Rannamäe does not hold shares in AS Kalev.
