Riga Stock Exchange issues a warning to JSC “Latvijas balzams”

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board on its meeting of January 12, 2007, issued 
a warning to JSC “Latvijas balzams” for the failure to disclose information to 
the stock exchange in a timely manner.

On January 11 in newspaper “Latvijas vēstnesis” JSC “Latvijas balzams” announced 
changes in its supervisory board (resignation of Mr. Juris Gulbis), but failed 
to inform Riga Stock Exchange. Information was disclosed to RSE only after request. 

Pursuant to Article 22.2.1.of the RSE listing and disclosure rules, the 
listed company has to disclose changes in its management board or supervisory 
board without delay. By failing to do so, JSC “Latvijas balzams” has breached 
the RSE rules.
