Akciju Komercbanka Baltikums 12.01.2007 JSC Akciju Komercbanka Baltikums share capital has been increased to LVL 10.415 million. As a result of the 6-th share emission JSC Akciju Komercbanka Baltikums (hereinafter - the Bank) paid up share capital has been increased by LVL 2.965 to LVL 10.415 million. The emission was fully subscribed to and paid up by the Bank’s shareholder - JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa. JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa shares are owned by five residents of Latvia: -Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings SIA – 24.75%, -Sergey Peshkov Holdings SIA – 24.75%, -Andrey Kochetkov Holdings SIA – 24.75%, -Oleg Chepulsky Holdings SIA – 24.75%, -Ivan Ulyanov Holdings SIA – 1.00%. Now the Bank has following subsidiary companies: Investment Management JSC “Baltikums Asset Management” (100%), JSC “Baltikums Līzings” (100%), JSC “Pirmais Atklātais Pensiju Fonds” (99.97%) and JSC “Nord Real Estate” (100%).
