Listing procedure initiated for JSC “Staburadze” shares

Riga Stock Exchange on January 10, 2007 received an application from JSC “Staburadze” 
requesting the listing of shares on the RSE Free list (3 037 197 shares with nominal 
value LVL 1). 

The RSE Management Board’s resolution on listing will be made public immediately 
after it has been made.
