Delta Customers Affected by Winter Storms May Change Travel Plans Without Penalties or Fees

Customers traveling in the Midwest likely to encounter inclement weather


ATLANTA, Jan. 13, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Delta Air Lines' customers booked on flights to, from or through impacted states in the Midwest may make adjustments to their travel schedule because of winter storms.

Customers who purchased tickets by Jan. 12, 2007, and are scheduled to travel Jan. 13-15, 2007, to, from or through the following states on Delta, Delta Connection(r) or Delta-coded flights, may make a one-time change without penalty or additional fees if tickets are changed by Jan. 15, 2007.

Travel must begin on or before Jan. 15, 2007. Changes to origins and destinations may result in a fare increase. Any fare difference between the original ticket and the new ticket will be collected at the time of rebooking. Customers whose flights are canceled may request refunds.
