Trainers' House Oy has today informed Satama Interactive Plc that its holding of
Satama Interactive Plc shares and voting rights has, on January 15 2007, exceeded
15 per cent of the share capital and voting rights.

Trainers' House Oy now owns 6,884,650 shares in Satama Interactive Plc, which
represents 16,849 per cent of the share capital and voting rights. The total
number of Satama Interactive's shares (SAI1V) is 40,861,808.
