Tallinna Kaubamaja Announcement 15.01.2007 CONCLUDING A BUILDING CONTRACT FOR SELVER KITCHEN On January 12th 2007 A-Selver AS, daughter company of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS and AS Oma Ehitaja concluded a contract regarding a construction of Selver Kitchen production building in Taevakivi 7b Talinn. There will be around 4200 sq m production and office area in the building. The works will be finished on August 2007. By agreement of the parties the price of the contract will not be disclosed. However, as the transaction amount does not exceed 10% of the Group's consolidated balance sheet amount, equity or sales, it is not regarded as significant according to the Tallinn Stock Exchange rules.
