The results of the first stage of the Subscription to the 
JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” new emited shares

Ordinary shares:
Quantity of the offered securities:                      800’000
Quantity of the placed shares during the 1st stage:      686’796
Quantity of the non-placed shares:                       113’204

Preference shares: 
Quantity of the offered securities:                      850’000
Quantity of the placed shares during the 1st stage:        2’764
Quantity of the non-placed shares:                       847’236

The second stage of subscription starts on the 12th January this 
year and lasts until the 18th January (incl.) 

The Public Offer involves:

·113’204 ordinary shares;

During the second stage only the shareholders of the 
JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” who have participated in the stage 1 of 
subscription process are entitled to subscribe to ordinary shares.

·847’236 preference shares; 

During the second stage only the shareholders of the 
JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” who have participated in the stage 1 of 
subscription process are entitled to subscribe to preference shares.

During the second stage each  shareholders of the mentioned above  
are legible to subscribe to all offered ordinary and/or preference 
shares. 

The shares will be distributed in accordance with the terms and 
conditions of the Emission Prospectus of the JSC “Latvijas Krājbanka” 
(see  Articles 6.10.5.2. and 8.9.5.2.). 

The information on the results of the second stage will be published on 
the JSC ““Latvijas Krājbanka” Internet homepage www.lkb.lv on the 25th 
January. Starting with the 25th January Shareholders may obtain the 
information on the amount of ordinary/preference shares acquired in major 
“Latvijas Krājbanka” customer service centres mentioned in the Article  
6.10.5.of the Prospectus during the  normal working hours.
