The Copenhagen Stock Exchange has decided to reduce the share capital of the ISIN code DK0010020668 with effect from 22 January 2007.

On 11 October 2006, the extra ordinary general meeting in Jensen & Møller Invest adopted to reduce the share capital by cancelling own shares.
