Tallinn Stock Exchange Trading 17.01.2007 TRADING IN TALLINK GRUPP SHARES At the annual general meeting of shareholders held on 17 January 2006 were decided not to distribute dividends to the shareholders from the profits. According to this, the difference between rights of shareholders of TAL1T and TAL3T is annulled and they will be merged under the shortname TAL1T. Due to clearing and settlement of TAL3T, merging will take place in the evening of January 19, 2007. Until that, trading under shortname TAL3T will be suspended.
