Nitro Lube, Inc. Issues Three for One Stock Split Update


LANGLEY, British Columbia, Jan. 18, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Nitro Lube, Inc. (Pink Sheets:NTLB) announced today an update on its three for one forward stock split.

To receive the three for one forward split, you must be a shareholder of record at 5:00 P.M. EST Friday, January 19, 2007, the effective time of the split. On that date each shareholder of record will be entitled to three shares of common stock for each share of common stock held. At the opening of business on Monday, January 22, 2007, the stock will trade on a post split basis.

Nitro Lube, Inc. currently has 36,662,194 shares issued and outstanding, with a trading float of 5,200,000. After the forward split there will be 109,986,580 shares issued and outstanding, with a trading float of 15,600,000.
