Nordea arranges a issue of currency-linked Notes for Eksportfinans ASA.

The Notes are issued in Danish kroner at an issue price of 100.00 per cent. and will not be interest bearing. 

The Notes will be issued on 16 February 2007 and will mature on 28 August 2009 at a minimum Redemption Amount of 100.00 per cent.

The Redemption Amount is dependent on the development of a currency basket containing Brazilian Real, Turkish Lira and Rumanian Leu against Euro.
