Additional “DnB NOR Bank” bonds to be listed on the RSE 

Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of January 19, 2007, 
to list, starting with January 22, 2007, additional 1,215 ASA “DnB NOR Bank” bonds 
on the RSE Bond list. Consequently, ASA “DnB NOR Bank” entire bond issue is 
listed on the RSE.

The 1.215 bonds remaining after the RSE auction on January 9 were sold to investors 
later by DnB Nord Banka. 

All in all, 12,000 ASA “DnB NOR Bank” bearer bonds were issued. Nominal value of a 
bond is LVL 1,000, total nominal value of the issue amounting to LVL 12 million.

The bonds mature on January 9, 2010; coupon rate is 3-month RIGIBOR plus 0.1%. 
Coupon is paid on quarterly basis on January 9, April 9, July 9 and October 9. 
ISIN code is LV0000800399, the Riga Stock Exchange trading code is DNBBFLOT10AB 
and SAXESS order book technical ID is 38095.
