TALLINNA KAUBAMAJA ANNOUNCEMENT 19.01.2007 THE NEW SUPERVISORY BOARD OF KIA AUTO AS On January 15th 2007 has been held the meeting of supervisory board of KIA Auto AS, which has been acquired by Tallinna Kaubamaja AS. The new Chairman of Supervisory Board is Jüri Käo. The Supervisory Board consists of five members: Jüri Käo, Andres Järving, Enn Kunila, Raul Puusepp and Aarne Õllek. There has been no changes on the Management Board. The Supervisory Board has made a strategic decision to build new car selling and service centers in Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. The centers are according modern demands. The consolidated unaudited sales of KIA Auto AS for year 2006 were 355 million kroons (22.7 million euros).
