Ambassador Vassilakis:

Ambassador Vassilakis is the Permanent Representative of Greece to the United Nations since April 2002. He headed Greece's election campaign for the Security Council and on its successful completion was entrusted with the leadership of the Greek Delegation during its tenure.

Ambassador Nirupam Sen:

Ambassador Sen is the Permanent Representative of India to the United Nations since August 2004. Prior to being appointed, Ambassador Sen had been India's High Commissioner to Sri Lanka. He has also previously headed Indian Missions in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Oslo (Norway).
